Ákos brought this beloved variety to the winery, and once again this year, it beautifully expresses its signature character. The wine displays a pale yellow colour with green reflexes, with vibrant floral and acacia aromas, highlighted by a distinct elderflower note. Crisp and lively on the palate, it reveals flavors of blooming flowers, green apple, and muscat that linger refreshingly and elegantly. A popular choice for the spring and summer, a must have for garden parties and gathering with friends. Perfect base for any type of fröccs (Hungarian wine sprizter). We recommend to pair with light cheeses, pear and fresh salads with chicken.

Our Olaszrizling is a full-bodied yet elegant wine that faithfully expresses the variety’s distinctive character. Its aroma gently unfolds with citrus notes, enhanced by a subtle touch of sweetness that adds refinement.

On the palate, it reveals a rich, creamy texture balanced by harmonious acidity, finishing long with slight mineral undertones. This wine is perfect enjoyed on its own, but also pairs beautifully with white meats, grilled fish, and aged cheeses.

Minden évben készül a reduktív fehérborok mellett egy – egy hordós tétel is. A szeptember közepén szüretelt szőlő acéltartályos erjesztés után 6 hónapig 225 literes  light és médium Európai Kádárok hordókban érlelődtek. Illatában az érett trópusi gyümölcsök, a mézes sárga virágok és a vanília mind előkerülnek. Ízében is előkerül a barack és maracuja, miközben csak finoman járja át a fa. Kerek harmonikus savszerkezet, elegáns hordóhasználat jellemzi. A korty gyönyörűen telt és komplex. Méltón került be zöld burgundi üvegbe parafadugóval zárva.
