One of the region’s key grape varieties receives special attention in our winery as well.

This vintage was harvested in mid-September by hand. We aged the wine for one year in used oak- barrels made by European Coopers. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe sour cherry and fresh red berries, bursting with vibrant, fruity energy. The oak is used with restraint, subtly enhancing the structure without overshadowing the pure fruit character. On the palate, it is focused and well- defined, featuring lively acidity and an elegant, balanced body. Flavors of sour cherry, ripe cherry, and a hint of spice linger on a clean, long finish. Ideal pair for traditional Hungarian dishes like fish soup, goulash or chiecken paprikash. A great companion to sunset talks and cooking.

A Täuninger borcsalád tételei mindig csak a legjobb évjáratban, csak kiváló alapanyagból készülnek és  225 literes első töltésű magyar tölgyfa hordókban érlelődnek kb.másfél évig. A gazdag testet a hordófűszerek egy kifinomult, elegáns borrá formálták. Ajánljuk az érlelt húsokhoz vagy a csokoládés desszertekhez.

This classic variety thrives on the loess and limestone soils of the Nyéki Hill. Thoughtful yield management, hand harvesting, fermentation in open vats with manual punch-downs, and aging in first-fill oak barrels come together to create a wine that proudly represents the estate at the highest level.

On the nose, rich notes of chocolate and coffee unfold beautifully, while the palate delivers layers of dark forest berries intertwined with the elegance of oak spice, leading to a long and balanced finish.

Serving Suggestions: Perfect alongside grilled ribeye steak, braised short ribs, or slow-cooked lamb shank. A natural match for venison, duck breast with cherry glaze, or mushroom ragout. It also pairs beautifully with hard cheeses such as aged cheddar or Comté, and can be enjoyed with dark chocolate desserts for a decadent finish.

A kedvelt világfajtából szinte minden évben remek tételek kerülnek ki önállóan vagy más fajtákkal házasítva. A cabernet franc színe mélyvörös, közepes testtel bír, a fekete áfonya, érett cseresznye, szeder aromái bujkálnak a kortyokban. A fűszeres és a gyümölcsös jegyek elegáns kombinációja jellemzi. Másodtöltésű hordókban érlelődött 14 hónapig. Nemes, fűszeres ételekhez, érett sajtok mellé kiváló párosítás.
