Planted in 2014, Syrah has challenged and inspired us from the beginning. By 2021, it finally reached its most expressive and balanced form, allowing us to craft a wine of remarkable concentration and power. Deep ruby with a violet hue, this wine immediately captivates with intense oak spice on the nose. The palate is bold and generous, offering layers of dark fruit, ripe blackberry, and a signature black pepper note. The mouthfeel is opulent, with a long, lingering finish that showcases both structure and finesse. Serving Suggestions: A perfect match for grilled meats and it also pairs beautifully with venison in pepper sauce, roasted duck with plum glaze, or slow-cooked beef stew.
