Kadarka 2023

This Kadarka comes from the very first harvest of a newly planted vineyard. Thanks to a late harvest, it boasts a slightly higher alcohol content. A touch of barrel ageing adds subtle complexity, yet it retains its fresh, fruit-forward character, delivering the vibrant spiciness that makes Kadarka so uniquely Szekszárd. Perfect with lightly spiced dishes such as grilled sausages, roasted duck with herbs, or paprika-infused vegetarian stews. It also shines alongside aged hard cheeses and mushroom risotto. We love to drink it at autumn evenings, Sunday family lunches, or cozy dinners where conversation flows as easily as the wine. For hot summer evenings, drink it slightly chilled - it's surprisingly refreshing.
