Chardonnay 2022

Each year, alongside our reductive white wines, we also produce a barrel-aged selection. The grapes, harvested in mid-September, undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks before maturing for six months in new 225-liter light and medium European Coopers barrels. The aroma reveals ripe tropical fruits, honeyed yellow flowers, and vanilla. On the palate, flavors of peach and passion fruit emerge, subtly complemented by gentle oak influence. The wine boasts a round, harmonious acidity and elegant barrel use. The sip is full-bodied and complex. Enjoy it with grilled or roasted poultry, pork dishes or matured cheeses. We love to pair with contemporary jazz and slow evenings with deep conversations.
