Täuninger bordói cuvée 2021

In 2021, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, our own estate-grown Merlot reached exceptional quality — allowing us to create and proudly include this Bordeaux-style blend in the Täuninger range. Each component matured separately for 18 months in a mix of first- and second-fill 225-liter oak barrels before being brought together in perfect harmony. The wine shows a deep ruby color. Ripe sour cherry and blueberry on the noes, lifted by a delicate touch of oak spice. On the palate, a uniquely exciting and complex wine unfolds, with structure and elegance balanced by vibrant fruit.
Its color is a beautiful deep ruby, with aromas of ripe cherry and blueberry.
