TäUNINGER CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021

This classic variety thrives on the loess and limestone soils of the Nyéki Hill. Thoughtful
yield management, hand harvesting, fermentation in open vats with manual punch-downs, and
aging in first-fill oak barrels come together to create a wine that proudly represents the estate
at the highest level.
On the nose, rich notes of chocolate and coffee unfold beautifully, while the palate delivers
layers of dark forest berries intertwined with the elegance of oak spice, leading to a long and
balanced finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Perfect alongside grilled ribeye steak, braised short ribs, or slow-cooked lamb shank. A
natural match for venison, duck breast with cherry glaze, or mushroom ragout. It also
pairs beautifully with hard cheeses such as aged cheddar or Comté, and can be enjoyed with
dark chocolate desserts for a decadent finish.
