Ákos Brut – Traditional Method Chardonnay

Ákos Brut is where classic elegance meets refined sophistication. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it is the very first sparkling wine from Ákos, crafted using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). The second fermentation took place directly in the bottle, where the wine matured on the lees for 12 months. This aging process gives the sparkling wine its delicate texture and beautifully fine, rolling bubbles, a hallmark of premium sparkling wines.

On the nose, delicate white floral notes emerge. The palate is fresh and vibrant, supported by lively acidity, yet finishes soft, elegant, and lingering — a true traditional sparkling wine worthy of any celebratory occasion.

Food Pairings: Perfect with fresh oysters, smoked salmon, or light seafood dishes. Also pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses, poultry in delicate sauces, and fresh fruit-based desserts. Ideal for celebrations, aperitifs, and festive toasts.
