One of the region’s key grape varieties receives special attention in our winery as well.

This vintage was harvested in mid-September by hand. We aged the wine for one year in used oak- barrels made by European Coopers. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe sour cherry and fresh red berries, bursting with vibrant, fruity energy. The oak is used with restraint, subtly enhancing the structure without overshadowing the pure fruit character. On the palate, it is focused and well- defined, featuring lively acidity and an elegant, balanced body. Flavors of sour cherry, ripe cherry, and a hint of spice linger on a clean, long finish. Ideal pair for traditional Hungarian dishes like fish soup, goulash or chiecken paprikash. A great companion to sunset talks and cooking.
