Ákos Irsai Olivér 2024

Ákos brought this beloved variety to the winery, and once again this year, it beautifully expresses its signature character. The wine displays a pale yellow colour with green reflexes, with vibrant floral and acacia aromas, highlighted by a distinct elderflower note. Crisp and lively on the palate, it reveals flavors of blooming flowers, green apple, and muscat that linger refreshingly and elegantly. A popular choice for the spring and summer, a must have for garden parties and gathering with friends. Perfect base for any type of fröccs (Hungarian wine sprizter). We recommend to pair with light cheeses, pear and fresh salads with chicken.
